SIP Trunking Panel: An Interop Must-Attend

on May 04, 2011 by Editor

If you’ll be at Interop in Las Vegas next week, save a bit of time on the final morning of the show for a most informative panel on SIP Trunking.

The Thursday, May 12, panel is part of the Unified Communications conference track at the show. It starts at 10:15 a.m., and among the celebrity panelists is our own Mike McRoberts, director of data and voice wireline services.

Moderating the Realizing the Benefits of SIP Trunking panel is the affable Eric Krapf, editor of NoJitter.com. As the title makes clear, it is focused on what the panel description calls the “hottest topic in enterprise communications today.”

Mike McRoberts (and his fellow panelists) will talk about how SIP Trunking offers enterprises the opportunity not only to rack up big savings on WAN voice costs, but also improve network management and resiliency. The panel session is designed to provide practical advice on how to specify, procure, implement, and architect SIP trunks.

So there you go. First, sit yourself down to a hearty, all-you-can-stuff-into-your-gut casino buffet breakfast, then go hear Mike McRoberts (and others). Stimulate your digestive system, then your mind. A great way to start your day.
