I Was Only Kidding About Layer 7 Switching (Not!)

More than a year ago, I published a post entitled Layer 7 Switching. The title was not intended to be literal (it was mostly wishful thinking about the future state of end-to-end QoS), but it appears that routers and switches are going to become increasingly application aware.
