About the Author

As a Solutions Engineer currently based out of Seattle, Neil Goodwin provides technical sales support to Sprint's largest customers in the Pacific Northwest, including Microsoft, Boeing, Amazon and Expedia. Since joining Sprint in 2001, Goodwin has held a variety of sales engineering and product management roles for Sprint in the U.S. and London. He has a Bachelors degree from the University of Wales and a MSc in Finance from the University of Maryland University College. He is also a Cisco Certified Network and Voice Professional.
