He got his start as a journalist, working as a writer for BusinessWeek magazine for almost a decade. He’s since served in senior communications jobs in other companies like Sun Microsystems and Intel, where he authored a book on consumer technology (Dell Publishing). He is a native of Texas, and graduated from the University of Texas, Austin. He now lives with his wife in San Jose, California.
