About the Author
Marc Cravens is part of the product development and management team responsible for Sprint’s SIP Trunking services. He has been involved in the strategy and planning of next generation voice services since the mid-1990s.
With more than 25 years experience, Cravens has held leadership and managerial positions in Financial Services, Special Pricing, Premise Equipment Product Management, International Voice Product Management, and Domestic Voice Product Management. Throughout his career, he has been involved in some of the largest and most technologically advanced projects, including the GSA’s FTS2000 (Networx) contract.
He is currently in the Converged Voice Solutions group, where his focus is on evolving the SIP Trunking and wireless integration portfolio.
